My professor says "um" a lot.

I just had to search Al-Qaeda to follow along in Modern Middle East. If I wasn't already on some CIA watch list, I am now. On the plus side my professor won't think I'm an idiot.

It's a busy week. So much to do. And all of it will be done under gray skies. I'm so over rain and over cast. Another note to the sun:
Dear Sun, I'm not sure if you realize it, but this is not London, nor Seattle. It's the south. Get with it and and start shining. You are just being mean now. We will not be friends until you come back out.

Moving on. Speaking of sun I am ready for summer. I'm tired of learning. I'm ready for a new routine. I'm ready for GSE, and summer nights and friends and fun, and free time. OH the free time!
I was thinking about it today and how lovely it will be to just have time. I can use it to cook, new delicious things and practice cooking for the new apartment(!) But mostly, I want to read. I want to get Time weekly and scour over books. I feel like my knowledge is dwindling. ...then again that probably isn't helped by writing blogs and not paying attention in class. ah well.

But I want to read. Lots about current events. The economy. I want to read about history. I need to get back on my political game. I feel like I'm out of some weird loop about politics. Kasey would say thats because I didn't take an internship, and she's probably right, but then again she's never right. Personally, I think it's because of all the crap that is pushed on me in my political science classes. Ironic, eh? I still have a stack of books that I need and want to read. I miss words on a page, that isn't theory or definitons. I need a story. I'm taking suggestions as well.

I want it now. But it's about a month away. Break down: 5 news paper articles, 4 days of Top Girls (COME SEE IT!), 4 SGA Interviews, 3- 15 page papers (yeah. that's right.), 1 speech/presentation, 1 days to sign up for classes for senior year (AHHH!), 1 CROOK (I am going to kill them over these clues), 1 day of student achievement.
Bring it.

final note: girls who carry around dry erase markers in class confuse me. I'm all about being prepared, but that seems like too much.
