I'm going to go ahead and blog today so that I don't have this as a distraction later when I HAVE to do homework.
I did skip class today, and I feel kind of bad about it. But I got to go to Trader Joe's and get some super awesome produce, as well as these very taste veggie crisps that I am so very excited about.
The rest of this week is a lot of catching up on work, and even more meetings. Oh me.
I want to bake tonight for my 8am budget meeting, but I don't know if I'll have the time. And then there is always the question of what to bake...hmmm...
We'll see.
(9) I am thankful for crisp, sweet (cheap) apples, friends who believe in me, and smart Meredith girls who GET IT.
